Application Engineer
The Application Engineer’s role is to perform equipment sizing and selections of turbine inlet cooling and commercial & industrial cooling equipment per customer specifications and assist in the preparation of formalized proposals.

Assistant Scheduler
The Assistant Scheduler is responsible for assisting in all planning and preparing product schedules for the needs of the company and provides general support to the Comprehensive Scheduler and Project Execution department. Duties include but not limited to reviewing work orders and drawings, analyzing production specifications, monitoring shop capacity, determine production process, scheduling workflow, expediting operations and monthly shipping forecast, and preparing lists of required materials.

Civil Structural Engineer
The Civil Structural Engineer’s role is to provide structural engineering analysis and design for all current and future products as well on individual project designs as needed. This position is responsible for skid base and support design for all chiller systems, cooling towers, air-cooled heat exchangers and any related products as well as foundation designs for various jobsite conditions as specified by customers. The position requires close interface with Project Engineers and Project Managers, Draftsmen/designers, and with service engineers and field technicians.

Product Development Engineer
This position is responsible for a wide variety of coordination, evaluation, dissemination and training tasks to maximize the time of staff engineers on developing innovative, value driven, customer centered solutions to wide ranging industry issues. This individual works closely with the Manager of Product Development to keep projects and tasks moving forward and drives standards development and implementation. The Project Development Engineer (PDE) reports to the Manager of Product Development (MPD).

Sr. Industrial Systems Engineer
The Sr. Industrial Systems Engineer’s role is to model, analyze, and design all facets of new systems involving process refrigeration, waste heat recovery, HVAC and Heating systems and the improvements to existing systems using first principles, equipment selection tools, process simulators, and other tools for various equipment including heat transfer devices, rotating equipment, control and electrical devices, etc.

Sales Manager
The Sales Manager position is responsible for achieving annual sales, revenue and margin targets with designated partner accounts, who have access to direct sales projects and/or owner relationships. The Sales Manager is responsible for revenue growth of the TAS product line in the assigned vertical segments. In addition, the Sales Manager will oversee Trane Sales offices to drive further TAS product sales throughout those channels.

Industrial Sales Manager
The Industrial Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales channels and growing orders in TAS’ industrial segment which includes turbine inlet cooling, industrial cooling, heat recovery and packaging operations.

Lead Warehouse Clerk
Responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedures manual. Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment and products within TAS’ Warehouse.

Project Manager
The Project Manager’s role is to provide management of all projects, including turnkey construction projects. The Project Manager is the advocate for Customer Satisfaction. The Project Manager plays a proactive role in problem identification and resolution by highlighting these areas and assisting other departments in solving issues which affect project performance.

Field Engineer
The Field Engineer's role is to provide filed customer support in commissioning, trouble-shooting, repair or retrofit of the mechanical systems of a project. This position is responsible for trouble-shooting, repair or retrofit of the mechanical systems of a project. This position is responsible for trouble-shooting mechanical equipment, and controls, communications, computers, where called upon, and for the documentation of these procedures.
